ABC JUICE

INGREDIENTS:

  • Apple 1
  • Beetroot 1/2
  • Carrot 1
  • Spinach leaves 3 to 4

METHOD:

Blend all the ingredient and make a smoothie. Bottle gourd Ingredient: Bottle gourd 1/2 Method: First wash the bottle gourd and peel the skin and discard. Taste a small piece of bottle gourd to make sure it doesn’t taste bitter. Boil in 4 glass of water. Take that to the blender along with ginger. Add mint leaves and coriander leaves. Add in freshly squeezed lemon. Drink 250 ml of water before breakfast

Chunkey Monkey Drink

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen banana1
  • cup almond milk or skimmed milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter optional
  • 1/2 tbsp choco powder or dark chocolate

 

METHOD:

Blend all of the ingredients together until smooth and creamy

Oats Apple Smoothie

Bottle Gourd Juice

METHOD:

  • First wash louki, peel the skin and discard.
  • Taste a small  piece of louki and make sure this not tasting bitter
  • Boil in four glass of water.
  • Take that into the blender along with ginger
  • Add mint leaves and coriander leaves
  • Freshly squeeze the lemon juice
  • Drink 250 ml of this smoothie before break fast

Mint Margarita

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cucumber
  • Handfull of mint leaves
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup chilled water

METHOD:

Blend all together. Pour in a glass with lemon juice and drink

TIME:

Best time to drink it is empty stomach early in the morning or before going to bed at night
