Pizzaga

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper

Toppings:

  • Onions
  • Capsicum
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Green chillies
  • Cubes cheese

METHOD:

Beat the 2 eggs in a food processor with some salt and crushed pepper. Heat some oil in a non stick pan and pour the bitten eggs. Begin with low heat and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes. U can choose any topping you like. Start by adding onions, Capsicums, Tomatoes,Olives, green chillies and cubed cheese. Cover and cook on low flame.Flip carefully and wait until the chesse melts. You’re guilt free and healthy Pizzeggaa is ready to serve
