Overnight Oats


  • 4 Table spoons of rolled oats
  • 1 cup low fat milk 
  • Nuts 1 table spoon heaped
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1-2 tsp your favorite artificial sweetener (preferably stevia) or honey
  • One Medium size Fruit
  • Seeds ( chia seeds, flex seeds etc.) 1 Tablespoon


Add everything in a jar, screw the lid on top, shake, and let it rest into the fridge. The next morning add milk, and your sweetner
