Oats Raisins Energy Balls


  • 1/2 cup cashews or almonds
  • 10 dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 1 Tbs coconut oil
  • 1 spoon Oats optional


Put cashews in a food processor. Add pitted dates, 1 tbs coconut flakes, 1 tbs coconut oil . Process for a minute or until the mixture comes together. Scope out 1 table spoon of the mixture and roll in between hands to form a ball. Put remaining shredder coconut in a bowl, and the roll the ball in the coconut. Place ball in a mini muffin liner and refrigerator for an hour and the serve. Store in refrigerator.
