Egg Shami Roll

INGREDIENTS

  • Eggs
  • Shami kabab

 

METHOD:

Beat the egg with salt and pepper and make an omelette.. In a non stick pan Add in 1 tsp of Olive oil and fry the shami kabab.. Lay the omelette flat on a plate put the kabab on the top of omelette and roll it.. you’re egg shami roll is ready to serve
