INGREDIENTS:
- Whole grain flour 1/4 cup
- Egg 1
- Walnuts chopped 1 tbsp
- Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
- Jaggery 1 tsp
- Apple chopped 1/2 cup
- Water as required
METHOD:
In a bowl Mix 1/4 cup whole grain flour add in one egg add water make batter stir in 1 tbsp chopped walnuts. Heat a medium sized Skillet over medium heat and coat with non stick cooking spray. Pour the batter into the Skillet to make 2 5-inch pancakes; Cook for 2 minutes aside. Meanwhile combine 1/2 cup Greek yogurt with 1 tsp Jiggery.. top pancakes with yogurt mixture and 1/2 chopped apple
